Mandated the Safer Consumer Product (SCP) Regulations (Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 55) and authorized the implementation of the SCP program. It is part of the 2008 Green Chemistry Law. The other part is CA SB-509.

Article 11 of the SCP Regulations is updated whenever DTSC adds a new Priority Product.
