In this pivotal role, you will be the central point of contact for our clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of custom synthesis, manufacturing, and R&D projects from conception to delivery. You will leverage your scientific acumen and managerial expertise to deliver exceptional value and build lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Program coordination and relationship building with important customers.
Work directly with customers to facilitate communication and maintain long-term strategic relationships.
Work closely within multi-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and generate quotes to customers.
Act as a mentor to support the company and provide direction and guidance on an as-needed basis.
Basic Qualifications
Ph.D. in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biology, or related fields.
Strong organization skills: ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Effective project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skillful in writing, editing, and reviewing business documents.
