The ideal candidate has a proven track record of 10+ years in sales, preferably in the CASE chemicals industry. A strong commercial and technical background in chemistry or chemical engineering is highly desirable. They possess a hands-on mentality, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. An excellent team player with a multi-cultural mindset, they excel at building relationships and driving business growth. Fluency in English is required.
