Plastic 2 Green is an early-stage clean tech company that converts unrecyclable waste plastic into high-value products like nitrogen-doped graphene, carbon black, and green ammonia using a zero-emission plasma-based process known as ElectroThermal Dissociation. In the near term, they are focused on manufacturing nitrogen-doped graphene due to its exceptionally high market value ($1000 per gram) and immediate revenue potential. Their zero-emission solution is capable of converting unrecyclable plastic waste, converting mixed and contaminated plastic—including food packaging, labels, PVC, mattresses, clothing, and agricultural film—into graphene, carbon black, and green ammonia using a high-temperature plasma and gas separation system. Plastic 2 Green is currently building its Proof of Concept Lab, with first production of nitrogen-doped graphene expected in Q3 2025, and plan to construct a 15-ton-per-day pilot plant in 2026 and 2027.
