The Center for Sustainable Infrastructure (CSI) seeks a talented project and relationship manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, who is passionate about innovative solutions that are great for people, planet, and prosperity, to lead our Innovation Lab. As director, you will work with industry, community leaders and economic development agencies to identify and develop plans for integrated infrastructure projects that combine profitability and sustainability.
Reporting directly to CSI’s Executive Director, the Innovation Lab Director will communicate CSI’s vision and goals, negotiate service contracts and scopes, lead project execution and delivery, manage teams of experts (both staff and consultant), and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables.
This is a senior level position requiring five or more years project management experience in related fields such as, but not limited to, wastewater, wood products, food and beverage production, infrastructure or utility systems, or industrial park development. In addition, a minimum of three years experience leading teams and managing direct reports is required.
