Driving Sustainability in Pharma Workshop

The ACS Green Chemistry Institute Pharmaceutical Roundtable celebrated its 20th anniversary with a workshop on sustainability at AstraZeneca's UK campus, bringing together pharmaceutical industry chemists, university students, and supply chain businesses to share advances in green chemistry through presentations on biocatalysis, solvent recycling, sustainable process design, and other innovations, followed by a two-day meeting where over 50 members discussed ongoing initiatives and toured AstraZeneca's facilities.
