Element3 Resources raises $2.48 Million for sustainable lithium extraction technology

Element3 Resources headquartered in Fort Worth, TX raised $2.48 million in venture capital funding on December 3, 2024 from undisclosed investors.

The company, founded in 2021,is focused on extracting lihium from wastewater produced by oil and gas production.  The patent-pending Element3 technology has achieved over 85% lithium recovery without pre-concentration.
