Safe Solvents for Flexographic Printing

Safer chemical processing system in the flexographic printing industry.This new system reduces the amounts of solvents needed for printing, eliminates, hazardous solvents, reduces explosion potential and emissions during solvent recycling, and increases worker safety. This system includes washout solvents and reclmation/recycling machinery. All of the solvents can be recycled in the Cold Reclaim System™. which sustainably recycles solvents through filtration and centrifugation. These less toxic solvents use methyl esters and hghgly substituted, cyclic hydrocarbons that are bidoegradable and produced from renewable resources.Traditional systems use toxic washout solvents (chloronated and saturated hydrocarbons) that are hazardous air pollutants.
