SixRing™ Process for Biomass Transformation

SixRing™ specializes in converting sustainable biomass into high-value intermediates, fine chemicals, biofuels, and advanced materials using patented chemical compositions and low-energy processes. The technology operates under ambient conditions, efficiently extracting cellulose and Lignin-Hemicellulose-Depolymerized-Organics™ (LHDO™) from biomass. These components can be upgraded to biofuels such as Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), diesel, and gasoline. SixRing’s process is characterized by its low energy requirements, high recyclability of process chemicals, and ability to handle various sustainable feedstocks, including agricultural and forestry residues. The patented delignification method achieves up to 100% delignification with minimal losses and utilizes existing infrastructure. The process yields two main products: Liquid LDHO, used in biofuels, fine chemicals, and bio-resins, and Solid Cellulose, which can be converted into cellulosic ethanol, advanced materials, and platform chemicals. SixRing’s approach addresses climate change, energy security, and environmental conservation while promoting economic benefits and enhancing energy accessibility.
