The Chan-Lam reaction is a copper-catalyzed oxidative cross-coupling that allow the formation of C-Heteroatom bonds, this coupling stands out for its alignment with green chemistry principles, enabling the efficient formation of carbon-heteroatom bonds under environmentally friendly conditions.
