Eco Safety Products is a company dedicated to developing and manufacturing environmentally friendly building materials and coatings. The product range includes paints, sealers, stains, and adhesives for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Eco Bactix

Framtix Holdings AB is an innovative startup specializing in green chemistry and nanotechnology solutions designed to address global microbial threats and harmful germs. The company has developed and patented an advanced antimicrobial coating known as Eco BactiX. This cutting-edge technology is capable of eliminating harmful germs from surfaces in enclosed spaces for up to two years with a single application. Eco BactiX can be applied to a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, doors, and glass. The coating is non-toxic, odorless, color-neutral, and long-lasting.

Sustainable Structure-Based Colorants

Safe and sustainable structural colorants free of toxic pigments and dyes developed by Cypris Materials. The technology behind Cypris’ colorants was inspired by how animals naturally exhibit vibrant colors via the reflection of certain wavelengths of light off biological nanostructures with precise physical spacing. Cypris develops self-assembling brush block copolymers through ruthenium catalysis. Using the same physics as the RGB on our computers, Cypris produces the entire rainbow of colors.

Fluorine-Free Hydrophobic Liquid Repellent

Developed by DetraPel, Inc., a clean-tech advanced materials company specializing in synthesizing and manufacturing PFAs-free protecting coatings. Detrapel’s technology platform introduces a new way of blending and dispersing immiscible particles into water-based systems. These unique products and processes help remove cancerous PFA chemicals with non-toxic, sustainable, PFAs-free alternatives that outperform traditional legacy fluorinated chemistries.

Antiobiofilm/Antifouling Platform

Non-toxic, eco-friendly, and sustainable chemicals that prevent and remove biofilms. These chemicals can replace toxic biocides in consumer and agro-industrial products. A subset of the company's chemicals kill antimicrobial-resistant (AMR) Superbugs. Biofilm forms when bacteria adheres and multiplicates on a surface. Biofilms increase the chance of bacterial infections in animal and plant tissues. Biofilms cause the adhesion of "foulers" in industrial surfaces in contact with water or salt water.

Decovery®

Family of partially bio-based resins for coatings and inks. These resins are partially made from plant-based materials that are more sustainably sourced. Products have as much as 52% plant-based content. These coatings perform equivalent to, or better than, traditional fossil-fuel alternatives. The ingredients in these resins also contain very low VOCs. 

Rust-Legend™ Heavy-Metal Free Heavy-Duty Anti-Corrosion Coating

Heavy metal-free anti-corrosion coating. This technology is a 2-3 layer system consisting of a unique conducting polymer nanodispersion (CPND) primer, a top layer, and an optional interlayer. The polymer covers the surface of the metal and transforms the top layer into a thin, dense metal oxide layer. This process protects the metal from corrosion without heavy metals such as chromate, lead, or zinc. This technology also outperforms existing anti-corrosion treatments in durability, lasting over 6 times as long. The coating is also thin, lightweight, self-sealing, and has good adhesion.

One-Step, Chromate-Free Anticorrosion Coating For Aluminum Alloys and Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel

Corrosion-resistant coatings. This technology provides high corrosion resistance and improved adhesion for hot-dip galvanized steel, aluminum alloys, and other metals in a one-step process without toxic chemicals like VOCs and Haps. Traditional anti-corrosion agents contain hexavalent chromium, which is toxic to humans and the environment, and contain high molecular weight polymers that require VOCs for anti-corrosion properties. VOCs are responsible for forming ground-level ozone and particulate matter and negatively impacting human health.

FORMASHIELD™ 12 Emulsion: 100% Acrylic Binders

Aqueous, all-acrylic emulsion polymer for ultra-low VOC interior paints. This product improves interior air quality by removing formaldehyde from recently painted commercial and residential spaces. Formaldehyde removal reduces the potential for respiratory disease development. This technology is also 100% acrylic and APEO-free. It can be used without a solvent and has low odor and high adhesion. 

BETAMATE™ and BETAFORCE™ Polyurethane Adhesives

Structural adhesives for the automotive industry. These adhesives are mostly made of polyurethane and consist of a gray-black paste. Compared to conventional adhesives, this product is compatible with a wide range of materials and seals against environmental conditions. This product also reduces toxicity. BETAMATE™ replaces mechanical fasteners, reducing fatigue and failure commonly encountered with traditional processes. The adhesive is also lightweight.
