The Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) is a public university institution linked to the Air Force Command (COMAER). It is located in the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology (DCTA), specializing in the areas of science and technology in the Aerospace Sector. ITA offers courses in undergraduate engineering, stricto sensu postgraduate studies at the Master's, Professional Master's and Doctorate levels, lato sensu postgraduate specialization and extension courses. ITA is considered a reference center for engineering education in Brazil.
