Prerequisites

No prior knowledge of polymer science and engineering is assumed; however, prior participation in the Polymer Chemistry: Principles and Practice short course offered at Virginia Tech is ideal but not necessary. Sustainability principles will serve as the foundation of the course and weaved throughout the curriculum.
