STARC Virtual Sandpit: Lab Sustainability Tool Design
We invite you to join a virtual sandpit workshop, which will be held to support the development of a new digital sustainability assessment tool for chemical laboratory activities. The tool is being created as part of the Sustainability Training & Assessment for Research in Chemistry (STARC) Network, funded by the Royal Society of Chemistry.
Designed for use in undergraduate practicals and student research projects, the tool will offer a simple, user-friendly way to evaluate the environmental sustainability of lab-based activities (akin to a COSHH form).
