American Chemical Society (ACS) Africa Regional Conference on Green and Sustainable Chemistry

Green chemistry has been described as a pivot for achieving sustainable development. As the world continues to grapple with global challenges of health, water, energy, poverty, sanitation etc., it is important that chemists continue to evolve greener techniques and innovations for solving these challenges.

Making Greener Choices: A More Sustainable Approach to Chemistry

Discover how to make greener choices in research, careers, and education at the 9th annual GCI Symposium co-hosted with McGill GCI!

Join us for an exciting event focused on embracing a more sustainable approach to chemistry. Discover how you can make greener choices in your research, teaching, and career.

During the event, you'll have the opportunity to:

ACS Fall 2024 - Elevating Chemistry

ACS Meetings & Expositions are where chemistry professionals meet to share ideas and advance scientific and technical knowledge. By attracting thousands of chemical professionals, the meetings provide excellent opportunities for sharing your passion for chemistry, connecting with one of the world's largest scientific societies, and advancing your career in this ever-changing global economy. The Fall 2024 theme is "Elevating Chemistry."

ACS Spring 2024

The ACS Spring meeting will be in New Orleans and hybrid March 17-21, 2024. The theme is Many Flavors of Chemistry. Registration and housing opens in mid-December.

Many sessions on green and sustainable chemistry topics will be presented.

Climate Week NYC

Climate Week NYC is the largest annual climate event of its kind, bringing together over 600 events and activities across the City of New York – in person, hybrid and online. Each year, business leaders, political change makers, local decision takers and civil society representatives of all ages and backgrounds, from all over the world, gather to drive the transition, speed up progress, and champion change that is already happening.
