DUDE CHEM offers innovative manufacturing solutions, such as Green RoS Development and current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) manufacturing, which are regulations critical for the pharmaceutical sector. The Green RoS process calculates the sustainability and success rate of various potential synthesis routes with a 1-2 g lab sample while establishing preliminary analytical methods and specifications. For cGMP manufacturing, pilot batches of up to 100 Kg are produced at cGMP-compliant facilities using Green RoS methodologies. This process includes independent sustainability and compliance certifications, ensuring transparency and strict control over the manufacturing process.
