Green Chemistry and Engineering Learning Platform (GChELP)

A range of free, shareable, and interactive educational and training materials created to promote the uptake of green and sustainable methodologies in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals. More than thirty multimedia modules cover topics in six core skill areas: Foundations of Green Chemistry and Engineering, Guides and Metrics, Solvents, Synthetic Toolbox, Process Design, and Life Cycle Impacts. 

IUPAC XVI Postgraduate Summer School on Green Chemistry

The Summer School offers the unique opportunity to bring together a number of experts in the field of Green Chemistry and young researchers. This synergy of competencies is a valuable occasion to promote and facilitate diffusion and transfer of knowledge in this emerging and evolving field.

In this Summer School, postgraduate students will have the opportunity to present their research during either Virtual and on-person Poster Session. The best three posters will be selected and awarded by our sponsors during an award ceremony.

Green Chemistry Toolkit Yale-UNIDO

The Green Chemistry Toolkit is an interactive learning resource developed as part of the Global Green Chemistry Initiative – a project led by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in partnership with the Center for Green Chemistry and Green Engineering at Yale. This resource aims to facilitate general global awareness and capacities to interested individuals from industry, the public sector, and academia alike.

Masterclass on Sustainable Chemistry – Business Opportunities and Sustainability Check

What will you learn? In the on-demand ISC3 Masterclass, basic concepts of Sustainable Chemistry are presented. Start-ups also learn, why a clear and plausible sustainability profile is important for start-ups. Furthermore, the ISC3 experts will introduce the ISC3 Sustainability Checklist for Sustainable Chemistry changemakers and explain the business opportunities when the underlying sustainability criteria are addressed. The Masterclass also includes a practical part, where the start-ups will explore which sustainability criteria could be prioritized and/or addressed.
