University of Colorado Green Chemistry Certificate Fellowship

University of Colorado, Boulder students can apply for a fellowship for an online green chemistry certificate program offered by the University of Washington (UW). This program is a partnership of CU Green Labs, CHEMunity, and (B)Chem Club and has been made possible over the years by funding from the CU Boulder Chemistry Department, Environmental Health and Safety, Chemical and Biological Engineering, RASEI, the Graduate School, and Sustainable CU.

Grand Valley State University Green Chemistry Certificate

A Certificate in Green Chemistry will be a strong curricular addition to the degrees offered at Grand Valley State University. This 13-14 credit hour Certificate in Green Chemistry provides students at Grand Valley State University with a foundational knowledge of green, benign chemistry and its principles. This certificate can be completed in one calendar year, if all prerequisites were completed previously.

Kenneth G. Hancock Memorial Award

Purpose:

The Kenneth G. Hancock Memorial Award provides national recognition and honor for outstanding student contributions to furthering the goals of green chemistry and engineering through research and/or studies. This includes but is not limited to the research, development, and implementation of fundamental and innovative chemical technologies that incorporate the principles of green chemistry into chemical design, manufacture, and use, and that have the potential to be utilized in achieving national pollution prevention goals.
